How to collect your sample?

Wipe the rim of the toilet bowl so that the water-soluble sampling paper can be mounted on a clean surface.

The water-soluble sampling paper is unfolded and must not touch the water.
Remove the tape protection on the rear flaps and mount them at the back of the bowl.
Then remove the tape protection on the front flaps and mount them in the middle of the bowl.
NOTE: It is important that the water-soluble sampling paper is mounted so that it forms a depression.

Put the toilet seat down and proceed as usual.
Avoid as much as possible that urine gets into the water-soluble sampling paper.

Put on the gloves.
Open the sample tube and use the spoon to collect the sample.
Let the liquid remain in the tube.
Take one spoonful (approximately equivalent to a pea).

Put the spoon with the sample into the tube and screw the lid on tightly to avoid leakage.
Shake the tube for about 5 seconds and put it in the small bag.
Store the sample at room temperature and send it back within 3 days.

Loosen the water-soluble sampling paper and then flush it down the toilet (it will dissolve).
How to return your sample?

Remove the insert from the box and place the tube with the sample down into the small bag and into the box.

Close the box and place it in the envelope with the UN3373 logo.

Close the envelope and put the return label on the envelope so that the information is clearly visible. The UN3373 logo must not be covered.

Drop off the envelope at the nearest package shop.
