Refund

If a refund is involved, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided without risk via email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.

Return

A full 14-day return policy is provided for items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day:

• When you receive the order.
• When you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement about several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in multiple shipments.
• When you receive the last part or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of items consisting of several parts/pieces.
• When you receive the first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of items over a certain period. You must cover the return shipping costs. Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment no later than 14 days. The notification must be given via email to niomi@metaceutic.com. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following types of items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

• Items manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or having a clear personal character.
• Sealed items that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
• Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
• Items where the seal has been broken.
• Performed non-financial services where the delivery of the service has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
• Delivery of digital content that is not provided on a physical medium, where the performance has begun with the consumer's prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
• Newspapers, magazines, or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
• Agreements made at a public auction.
• Items that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You must cover the direct costs associated with the return. When you return the item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package. The shipment will be faster if you also fill out and include our Cancellation Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent with additional requirements.

Condition of the Item upon Return

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can test the item as if you were testing it in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that when canceling the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's market value at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a value reduction for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.

Complaint Options

A complaint about an item or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg. You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus. If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint on the EU Commission's online complaint platform.
